Pawer Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Pawer and its support channels. By downloading or using Pawer, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If a provision conflicts with Apple’s applicable agreement or mandatory law, the applicable agreement or law controls.

The game

Pawer is a single-player narrative game set in a fictional 1982–1983 industrial city. It includes fictional characters, locations, events, and depictions of animal survival, danger, and loss. It is entertainment, not historical, veterinary, legal, or safety advice.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pawer on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple usage rules and these Terms. Pawer is licensed, not sold. No ownership of Pawer or its content is transferred to you.

You may not, except where applicable law or an open-source license permits:

• copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly make the app available;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the app;
• bypass purchases, tamper with saves to defeat access controls, or exploit faults to obtain paid content; or
• use Pawer or support channels unlawfully, abusively, or to harm others.

In-app purchase

Pawer may offer a non-consumable purchase that unlocks the full campaign. Apple processes purchases, restoration, billing, taxes, and refunds under its rules and applicable law. Price and availability may vary by storefront. A verified entitlement is required to access paid seasons.

Saves, updates, and availability

Pawer autosaves progress locally. You are responsible for maintaining device backups where available. We cannot guarantee recovery after deletion, device loss, storage failure, operating-system changes, incompatible save formats, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may fix bugs, rebalance mechanics, revise content, add or remove features, change compatibility, or discontinue the app. Where required, material changes will be communicated appropriately.

Ratings and reviews

Any App Store rating or review is voluntary. Pawer does not condition access or grant in-game currency, stats, progress, paid content, or other benefits based on whether you rate the game or on the sentiment of a rating.

Support and diagnostic reports

You may voluntarily send feedback or a problem report to support@unko.fun. You are responsible for the content you choose to send and must not include unlawful content, credentials, payment-card information, or another person’s private information without authority.

Diagnostic attachments are optional and are prepared locally. Their contents and controls are described in the Pawer Privacy Policy. You can review or cancel the message before sending.

Intellectual property and third-party software

Pawer, including its code, writing, game design, visual assets, audio arrangements and recordings, branding, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses, which are available inside Pawer’s Third-Party Content page.

External services

Pawer may open Apple services, email or sharing apps, and pages on unko.fun. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pawer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent liability can be limited, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Pawer.

Termination

You may stop using Pawer at any time by deleting it. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
