Pawer is a portrait narrative game for iPhone. You lead a scattered dog pack through a fictional American industrial city from spring 1982 to the end of winter 1983. Your choices shape the pack, its resources, its relationships, and the ending.

Before contacting support

Please try the following first:

1. Update Pawer and iOS to the latest available versions.
2. Close and reopen Pawer.
3. Confirm that there is enough free storage on the device.
4. For purchase access, open Settings > Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Pawer stores game progress locally and autosaves after important actions. Deleting the app also deletes its local save unless the operating system restores it from a device backup.

Feedback

Open Game Menu > Settings > Send Feedback. Pawer prepares an email to support@unko.fun; you can edit or cancel it before sending.

Report a problem

Open Game Menu > Settings > Report a Problem, choose an area, describe what happened, and add reproduction steps.

The Include Diagnostics switch is optional. When enabled, Pawer prepares an HTML attachment containing:

• app, device, and operating-system metadata;
• available crash or exception diagnostics;
• stable game-state identifiers and numeric values; and
• up to 2 MB of recent session logs.

The attachment is designed to exclude the leader name, your email address, the full save file, story text, purchase receipts, and StoreKit transaction identifiers. Pawer never uploads this report automatically. You can inspect the recipient, message, and attachment before choosing Send in the system mail or share interface.

For a useful report, include:

• what you expected and what happened instead;
• the last action you took;
• whether the problem happens again after reopening the app; and
• a screenshot or screen recording when relevant.

App Store rating

The rating button opens Apple’s system review prompt. Rating Pawer is voluntary. Access, progress, and in-game values do not depend on whether or how you rate the game.

Purchases and refunds

The full-campaign unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases to recover access for the same Apple Account. Apple controls billing and refund decisions; use Apple Support for payment or refund requests.

We review support messages as soon as practical. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, Apple Account credentials, or unrelated personal information.
