Terms of Use for CorpCoreVibe

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the CorpCoreVibe (the “App”) mobile application operated by me, a personal developer (“I”, “me”, “my”).
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Medical and Health Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
The App is Not a Medical Device.
The information, metrics, and “Personality Snapshots” provided by the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App is not intended to be, and should not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not designed to diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition or disease. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in the App.
2. Subscriptions
The App offers an auto-renewing “Pro” subscription to unlock advanced features.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- No Trial: This subscription does not offer a free trial period.
- Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
3. License to Use the App
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on an iOS device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Use the App in any way that could be considered fraudulent.
- Attempt to circumvent any technological measures designed to protect the App or its features.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, text, graphics, and the “BSona” concept) are and will remain my exclusive property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind. I do not warrant that the App will be accurate, reliable, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. I will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
