The easiest way to report a problem is Settings > Send Feedback. OnlyMoji can attach a locally generated diagnostic report containing app, device, system, and recent log details. You can inspect or remove the attachment before sending, and nothing is sent automatically.
Please include what you expected to happen and the steps that reproduce the issue. A screenshot is helpful when the issue is visual. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

What are the puzzle rules?
Each row, column, and colored region must contain exactly one emoji. Two emojis cannot occupy neighboring squares horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. X marks are optional notes and do not need to cover every unused square.
Where is my progress stored?
Level progress, stars, best times, hints, Energy, daily progress, Endless Sheets progress, collected emoji, and settings are stored locally on your device. OnlyMoji does not operate a developer game-save server or sync saves through iCloud.
Do I need Game Center?
No. Levels and Endless Sheets remain playable without Game Center. Game Center is used for leaderboards, achievements, and ranked Daily Summit runs. If Game Center is unavailable, Daily Summit can offer practice play that does not create a ranked score or ranked reward.
How does Energy work?
Starting, retrying, or replacing an Endless Sheet costs 5 Energy. Energy recovers over time up to your natural recovery cap. Rewards can raise your current Energy above that cap; when this happens, recovery pauses until Energy falls below the cap. Purchased Energy is never discarded merely because it exceeds the cap.
What do the in-app purchases unlock?
- Auto Exclusion is a permanent unlock that marks squares ruled out by a placed emoji.
- 100 Energy Capacity is a permanent upgrade that raises the natural recovery cap from 10 to 100 and fills current Energy to at least 100 when purchased.
Both products are one-time, non-consumable purchases. They are not subscriptions. Use Settings > Purchases > Restore Purchases to restore both products at once, or use Restore Purchase on an individual product screen.
Why is a leaderboard empty or unavailable?
Confirm that you are signed in to Game Center, that network access is available, and that Game Center is not restricted by Screen Time or device management. A new leaderboard may also remain empty until players submit scores. Pull to refresh or try again later.
Does deleting the app erase progress?
Deleting the app can remove its locally stored progress. Reinstalling can restore verified non-consumable purchases through Apple, but it does not restore a deleted local game save.
